Do I already have to use the etops MiFID Recorder to be able to use Advisor Intelligence?

No. Advisor Intelligence was developed as a highly flexible solution. You can choose to use the tool as a fully integrated feature within your existing MiFID Recorder or book it as a standalone solution. This means that Advisor Intelligence is also immediately ready for use by advisors and organizations that do not currently use an etops recording solution.

Where is the system hosted?

All components are hosted exclusively in certified data centers in Germany.

Where are the recordings stored?

All data is WORM-sealed and stored on our own hardware infrastructure, which is certified by KPMG for audit compliance and designed with geo-redundancy.

How can I find the recordings?

Recordings can be easily located using the web interface available for searches.

Can recordings be deleted?

No, deletion is not possible before the legally mandated retention period expires.
