Cham/Switzerland | September 21, 2026 — Etops, a leading pan-European provider of wealth and asset management technology, is expanding its Wealth Management business in Germany. Helen Schönfelder joins as Senior Sales Manager Wealth Management and Frank Gräsner as Senior Director, Strategic Accounts Wealth Management. Both are dedicated to German clients, from private banks and wealth managers to family offices.
Germany as a core Wealth Management market
Germany is the largest wealth management market in continental Europe and one of the most demanding, with clients managing assets across multiple custodians, jurisdictions, and asset classes under rising regulatory requirements. Etops has served this market for years with a WpHG-compliant advisory process, investment proposal workflows, portfolio and order management, and consolidated reporting. The platform integrates with the core banking systems common in the German market, including Atruvia, Avaloq and OBS.”
The two appointments give the Wealth Management business in Germany the senior local presence that this client base expects: people who know the German banking and wealth management landscape, current and future client challenges, and its decision-makers from long experience.
“Germany is where we see strong demand for what Etops does in wealth management: consolidating complex wealth, reporting on it at institutional quality, and connecting it to portfolio management on one platform. Helen Schönfelder and Frank Gräsner have worked with German banks and wealth managers for many years. With them, we put our Wealth Management offering in Germany on an even stronger footing,” said Pius Stucki, Group CEO of Etops.
Frank Gräsner, Senior Director, Strategic Accounts Wealth Management
Frank Gräsner leads the strategic accounts and partners in Germany, the larger banks and wealth management firms for which the Etops platform becomes essential infrastructure. He brings more than 25 years of experience in financial services and wealth management, most recently at Finaplus. Earlier he held senior positions at SIX Financial Information, DZ BANK, ARIVA, and Cleversoft, each focused on the German and Swiss markets, and from 2019 to 2025 he ran his own advisory firm, Financial Partners GmbH.
Frank Gräsner on his new role: “German banks and wealth managers face concrete questions: how to advise the inheriting generation, how to win clients in the affluent segment, how to respond to neobrokers, and what AI-driven advisory will look like in practice. Etops has software answers to exactly these questions, with a strong team in Germany behind them. That is what I bring to our strategic accounts and partners.”
Helen Schönfelder, Senior Sales Manager Wealth Management
Helen Schönfelder works with independent wealth managers, family offices, and private banks across Germany. She joins from Infront, where she was Sales Manager for financial market data and trading solutions in the German-speaking market, and brings a strong network among German wealth managers together with detailed knowledge of front-office data and workflow requirements.
Helen Schönfelder on what drew her to Etops: “Wealth managers in Germany want portfolio management, consolidated reporting, and the client interface in one place, from a provider with a European footprint and a long-term presence in their market. That is exactly what Etops stands for.”
