Cham/Switzerland | July 1st 2025 — Etops, a leading pan-European consolidator for wealth and asset management technology, today announced the appointment of Andrea Bosetti as Group Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Bosetti brings extensive experience in financial management, business transformation, and strategic leadership to support Etops’ continued growth and expansion across European markets.
Bosetti joins Etops with over 25 years of progressive experience in senior financial roles within the technology and financial services sectors. Most recently, he served as Group Head of Business Controlling at Avaloq in Zurich since February 2017, where he specialized in financial management and financial modeling. Prior to this role, Bosetti spent 16 years as Chief Financial Officer at B-Source SA (Avaloq Sourcing), where he played a pivotal role in the company’s remarkable growth and transformation.

Bosetti’s career foundation was built at PwC Italy in Milan, where he served as Senior Manager in the audit, tax, and transaction services business area for eight years from 1990 to 1998. During this time, he gained expertise across multiple industries, led various expert teams in audit and M&A areas, and was a member of the practice group in the
insurance sector. He subsequently held CFO positions at Intergraph and Swisscom, where he was instrumental in establishing Swisscom’s operations in Italy and served on executive boards.

Bosetti holds a degree in Business Economics (Economia aziendale) from Università Bocconi, graduating with honors in 1988. He has also completed executive education at
Harvard Business School, focusing on “Aligning Strategy and Sales” in 2016, demonstrating his commitment to continuous learning and strategic leadership development.
