With more than 15 years of experience building, scaling, and transforming technology-driven organizations across Europe, Aike brings a strong execution mindset and deep operational expertise. Her appointment reflects Etops’ focus on disciplined growth, post-merger integration, and building scalable group-wide structures.
Aike joins Etops with a background shaped by entrepreneurship and hands-on leadership. She founded Rebels With A Cause, supporting companies through business transformation and strategic growth, and previously built LuckaBox Logistics AG, an award-winning last-mile logistics platform recognized across Europe. Her career reflects a consistent focus on turning strategy into execution, building operating models from the ground up, and leading organizations through complex change.
As Group COO, Aike will focus on strengthening operational excellence across the group, driving post-merger integration, and establishing scalable structures that support Etops’ continued expansion across Europe.

Aike holds an MBA from IMD, completed Design Thinking training at Stanford University, and has an academic background in journalism and communications.
